I loved this movie, excellent on motivating others to achieve there goals etc. This movie showed me to be thankful for things I have in life and that are provided for me. My favorite part of the movie, has to be when she went and gave effort to go to school and said that she would sleep if she had to. This shows her dedication, she has into going to school. I think I would of been resilient, because I would wanna show the people around me that I can do this and show them what they can do to.

I agree, she sacrificed so much we take advantage of. Liz Murray wanted her education, whereas, we complain and don't pay attention. This really brings to life true people who want the schooling and understanding what it means for the future.
ReplyDeleteI also think it is very motivating to many people to follow there dreams and do be better than their past. And yes it showed a lot of determination when she said she'd sleep at the school if she had to, good blog!
ReplyDeleteI agree this movie also showed me that I should be more thankful for the life I have been blessed with. It made me realize that my living conditions and family situation could be way worse than what they are.
