On the stress quiz I got a score of: 9 out of 24. I get stressed at school. I mostly get stressed when I am assigned in any group projects, or when I see a bad report card. I get stressed mainly because I know I can do better and my parents are very strict with education related. I then can get overwhelmed with projects/ tests/ homework, it can get stressful. My brothers can be a pain, I as the oldest so I have to be responsible of what they are doing. This can be stressful how, I get in trouble if something happens. So yes this extra responsibility can be a little stressful. Also outside activities can cause a little stress. Currently I have driving school and having work can be stressful, then when you have work from school added onto the outside work is overwhelming. This overwhelming feeling causes stress for me. How I deal with my stress is to get all my assignments and do them early. When the assignment is due, I wont be stressed over trying to do the assignments. I also try and keep up with my work and grades. As for grades, I try to keep up to a passing grade, as for my parents that's A's and B's. I always try to do this to better myself, and its not stress on me to pass or pass the semester. I also when I have time just chill, by sitting outside or just hanging out with friends. My main priority would be music, this helps me to get everybody that stresses me out, just out. By just talking to anyone about what I am stressed over can really help.

I agree that sometimes talking to someone about what stresses you out can really help. It is bad to hold things in and most off the tim venting to a trusted person in your life is the best thing to do!
ReplyDeleteI agree, music helps me as well to cope with life's situations, especially when it comes to schoolwork.
ReplyDeleteI agree that siblings and family members can be stressful because they depend on you and stuff! and school is always stressful. Music also helps me with stress. Good job!
